I believe life is truly lived when you pursue every passion and dream that you have.
I'm a certified Master Instructor of the Therapeutic Tai Chi program, teacher of the ancient vibrations of Nada Yoga, and maker of Mantra Made soap.
I have been certified to teach Therapeutic Tai Chi since September of 2008. The Tai Chi program incorporates basic forms of Tai Chi, energy exercises of Qigong, gentle Yoga stretches, and meditation.
I have adapted my teaching methods to help people of all ages and abilities practice Tai Chi. From Kids Tai Chi to Tai Chi in a Chair for the elder, I love sharing these exercises with anyone who wishes to do them.

"May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all."
Nada Yoga, or "union with the self through sound", is a powerful ancient experience of primal vibrations. The songs of Nada Yoga are in Sanskrit which is one of the oldest known languages of mankind. One word in Sanskrit could be a literal paragraph in English. The ancient language focuses more on vibration, sound, and intention rather than lengthy literal translation. Singing the songs while meditating upon their meaning can help anyone achieve peace of mind, body, and soul.
"True Peace is Stillness Within Chaos"
I lead meditation at the end of every class I teach because I feel this world needs as much of it as possible! The culture we live in today encourages GO, GO, GO! Too many have become "human doings" and forgot how to truly be a "human being".
To simply BE and BREATHE is such a beautiful thing.
Take time to clear your mind and allow the infinite peace inside of you to bubble up and flow out into the external world around you.
I sing Sanskrit mantras of Nada Yoga while I make some of the best soap around
